Most before-and-afters online are lighting. Every pair below is exposure- and colour-matched between its two frames, so what is left is the face. Nothing is retouched.
These are in colour because they are real clients. Every photograph elsewhere on the site is a model, and those are all in black and white — so the two can never be mistaken for each other.

How these are taken
The rules matter more than the photographs. Without them a comparison shows the camera, not the treatment.
Same angle, same light
Photographs are taken from a fixed position at each visit, so what changes between them is the face and not the camera.
Matched, never retouched
Each pair is exposure- and colour-matched so neither frame is flattered by the light. Nothing is smoothed, slimmed or brightened — a result that needs retouching is not a result.
Judged at the right week
Filler at two weeks, never day one. Radiofrequency at twelve weeks. A photograph taken too early flatters swelling, not the outcome.

Every image here was released by the client. Most results are never published at all — they are shown privately at consultation instead.
The parts nobody photographs
Single photographs, not comparisons — the areas clients notice in a mirror and rarely raise out loud. Two different clients, documented at consultation.

Lobes lose volume the way the rest of the face does, and a heavy earring accelerates it. Almost nobody photographs this, and almost nobody asks about it — it is usually noticed in the mirror and never mentioned out loud.

A crease across the lobe from years of pressure and volume loss. Fifteen minutes, a small amount of filler, and the earring sits where it used to.
Four seconds in the room
Her hands, her studio, her clients. Silent, trimmed, otherwise untouched — and small on purpose, because these were filmed on a phone and blowing them up would only show you the compression.

What is not on this page
A fourth pair was withdrawn. Its before frame is a close macro with the mouth closed and relaxed; its after is a wider frame with the mouth open in a smile. Perioral lines look completely different between those two states, so publishing them together would credit the filler with a change that expression produces on its own.
Photographs taken mid-treatment are not shown as results either — numbing cream on the skin, or fresh injection marks, is not an outcome. Neither is a single flattering angle with nothing to compare it to.
Client reviews are published on Google and Instagram as they are left, under her own name. Nothing is reproduced here until it has been.
