What is mesotherapy?

Mesotherapy uses fine microinjections to deliver a customized blend of vitamins, antioxidants, amino acids and hyaluronic acid directly into the skin.

It deeply hydrates, brightens and revitalizes — a gentle way to restore that fresh, dewy quality, especially for tired or dull skin.

Pairs well with

Mesotherapy before an event, XERF or filler for the underlying structure — different jobs, same face.

Benefits

  • Deep, lasting hydration
  • Brighter, more even tone
  • Improved elasticity and glow
  • Customized to your skin's needs

What to expect

Start to finish, so there are no surprises on the day.

  1. 1
    Assessment

We look at hydration, tone and fine lines, then choose a cocktail — brightening, hydrating or anti-inflammatory.

  2. 2
    Treatment · 30–45 min

A series of very superficial micro-injections across the treatment area, after numbing.

  3. 3
    Days 1–2

Tiny bumps settle within 24 hours. A mild flush is normal and fades the same day.

  4. 4
    Weeks 2–8

Skin looks plumper and reflects light better. A course of three to four sessions gives the most durable change.

Before you book

What would change this plan

Standard contraindications and precautions for this treatment — the questions you should expect from anyone offering it.

  • Are you pregnant, trying to conceive, or breastfeeding? Not while you're pregnant or nursing.
  • Have you ever had a severe allergic reaction — to a medication, an anaesthetic, or a previous injectable? Alla needs the details before anything is planned.
  • Do you take blood thinners, or daily aspirin? Not a barrier — a planning point.
  • Right now, do you have a cold sore, a skin infection, or an active breakout where you'd want treatment? Wait until the skin is clear.
  • Do you have an autoimmune condition, or take medication that suppresses your immune system? Usually workable, always discussed.
  • Do you scar badly — raised, thickened or keloid scars? Changes which resurfacing is sensible.
  • Have you taken isotretinoin (Accutane, Roaccutane) in the last six months? Wait it out.

Aftercare

The short list that protects your result. You'll get this in writing too.

  • Avoid sun and heat for 48 hours
  • Skip acids and retinol for three days
  • Drink more water than usual for a week
05

Myths, straightened out

What clients arrive believing — and what's actually true.

It's just an expensive serum.
Serums sit on top of the barrier. Mesotherapy places actives beneath it, where they actually reach living cells.
One session and you're glowing for a year.
It's cumulative. Think of it as a course, then maintenance two or three times a year.
It adds volume like filler.
It doesn't and shouldn't. This is skin quality — texture, hydration and tone, not structure.

How this is handled here

What people actually arrive saying, and the approach taken — not individual patient histories.

Mesotherapy$500 per session

Skin that has gone flat, not loose

The concern

“I look tired in photographs” is often read as needing volume. Where structure and volume are intact, the actual problem is hydration and how the skin reflects light.

The approach
  • Filler declined where the face does not need volume
  • A course of mesotherapy instead, spaced a few weeks apart
  • Retinol paused for the course, daily SPF made a condition
  • Anything structural discussed only after the course, if still wanted
Why

Skin quality and skin volume are different problems. Treating the first often removes the reason someone came in asking for the second.

General approach only. Individual results vary and every plan is decided at consultation.

07

Frequently asked

Is it painful?

Injections are very superficial and quick; we keep it comfortable.

How often?

A short series spaced a few weeks apart gives the best glow.

Who is it for?

Anyone wanting hydrated, brighter, healthier-looking skin.

Per-session and package pricing shared at your consultation.
