Virtue RF Microneedling
Virtue RF is radiofrequency microneedling: fine needles carry RF energy into the skin. At SkinScience NY in Brooklyn it is $600 for the face and $800 for face and neck, per session. Its FDA 510(k) clearance (K211562) covers facial wrinkles with one handpiece, in skin types I–V; it does not name tightening, scars or pores.
What is Virtue RF microneedling?
Microneedling makes fine, controlled channels in the skin. RF microneedling also sends radiofrequency energy through the needles, below the surface. Plain microneedling ($600 here) has no RF; XERF (from $1,000 per area) is RF without needles.
FDA status: cleared through the 510(k) route (K211562, November 2021) as an electrosurgical device for electrocoagulation and hemostasis. Only the Smart RF handpiece at 1 MHz is also cleared for the percutaneous treatment of facial wrinkles, and only for skin types I–V; the clearance states the other handpieces are not intended to treat wrinkles.
Evidence: the 510(k) summary lists electrical-safety and performance testing, not a clinical trial, and no study of Virtue RF itself is indexed in PubMed (checked September 2026). This page makes no claim about results; they are discussed at the consultation.

The studio is on Bay Parkway
7819 Bay Parkway, Brooklyn, NY 11214. The studio sits in Bensonhurst, a few minutes from Bath Beach, Dyker Heights, Bay Ridge, Borough Park and Gravesend, and is a straightforward drive from Sheepshead Bay and Coney Island. Street parking is usually available on the side streets off Bay Parkway.
Consultations are conducted in English or Russian, and appointments are scheduled with enough room that a late arrival on the Belt Parkway does not cost you the slot.
